      Mr. Hart is currently building custom and model homes in the WESTWOOD neighborhood, a development that was started by his mother and father in 1988. In WESTWOOD there are over 150 beautifully designed single family homes, most all home sites enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and mountains beyond....perhaps this is why WESTWOOD is noted as “a room with a view”. WESTWOOD is located on Whippoorwill Drive on the West End of Oak Ridge.

WILLOW PLACE - PHASE 1 was started in August of 2000 and now has 22 single family homes. The first phase will contain 26 homes when complete.
